A ticket order has not been transacted if you have not been prompted to enter or confirm your payment method details.
If you are unsure about whether your order has been processed, you can check your order in the "My Tickets" section under your Ticketmaster Account. We also recommend checking your debit or credit card statement to see if any payments have been processed.
If you’re still unable to determine whether your booking was successful, please contact Fan Support. In your request, please provide any order confirmation number you may have received.
