Ready to make some changes?
Sign into your Ticketmaster Account to get started. Remember, any updates made to your My Account profile only affect future purchases and won’t impact past orders.
You can update the following information:
- Edit Profile: *Update your name, phone number, password, address.
- Edit Marketing Preferences: Add, edit or delete Ticketmaster email subscriptions
*Changes can only be made a limited number of times, subject to terms and conditions.
Some changes, like updating your password, require you to have access to the email address used to sign into your Ticketmaster Account. Changing your delivery address will update your details for any future bookings.
Check to see if you accidentally provided an incorrect email address when
creating your account. Sign in to our desktop site with the email address
used to create the account and update it under the Profile Details section
of your account. This change can’t be made on our app.
