Ticketmaster Philippines offers several different delivery options so that you can receive your tickets in a way that is most convenient for you. Please note that available delivery options vary between events, and some delivery options may not be available for certain events.

To retrieve your PAH tickets, sign into your Ticketmaster Account and navigate to My Ticket. You can open your PDF tickets on your device to scan at the venue. Print-at-Home tickets can't be added to mobile wallets.
Alternatively, If you’d like to print your tickets, sign into your Ticketmaster Account and locate your tickets. Select View Tickets and then print your tickets. At the moment, you can’t print from the app.
A PAH ticket is a valid ticket, so you don't need to change it to a physical thermal ticket.
Can I print more than one copy of my ticket?
You can print more than one copy of your ticket, but we only recommend doing this if your previously printed tickets were damaged. If someone else enters with the first copy of the ticket, our system will show that the ticket has already been scanned when another copy is used.

Our Mobile Ticket turns your phone into your ticket! After completing your payment successfully, Ticketmaster will generate a QR Code mobile ticket for each ticket in your order. To view your mobile tickets simply go to your account and look for your order under My Tickets.
