How do I pay with an e-wallet?

GCash, Maya and GrabPay are all accepted payment methods for SM Ticketmaster events. Depending on your preferred payment method, read the relevant option below for step-by-step instructions.

GCash

If your preferred payment method is GCash, before completing your order we recommend:

• Having the most up to date version of the GCash app downloaded on your mobile device.
• Check that your account has a valid payment method with available funds to pay for your order.
• Ensure your GCash account details are up to date. If you don’t have an account, create one before attempting to book tickets.

• To complete your payment with GCash, follow these steps:

  
  
  1. When you’re ready to make payment for your order, select GCash as your payment method. 
  2. Select Complete Payment. You’ll be redirected to the GCash screen. 
     • Once you reach this screen, you’ll need to complete your payment from your G-Pay account within 15 minutes. If payment isn’t completed within this time, your order will be unsuccessful.
  3. You have the option to:
     • Select Open in GCash: If you’ve downloaded the GCash app, this will automatically take you to the app to complete your payment. 
     • Take a screenshot of the QR code: Access your GCash app and upload the screenshot of the QR code. Once uploaded, you’ll be able to complete your payment using GCash.

• To complete your payment with GCash, follow these steps:

  
  
  1. When you’re ready to make payment for your order, select GCash as your payment method. 
  2. Select Complete Payment. You’ll be redirected to the GCash screen, and a QR code will appear.
     • Once you reach this screen, you’ll need to complete your payment from your G-Pay account within 15 minutes. If payment isn’t completed within this time, your order will be unsuccessful.
  3. Scan the QR code on your mobile device in your GCash app. You’ll be redirected to the app to complete your payment using GCash.

Maya

If your preferred payment method is Maya, before completing your order we recommend:

• Check that your account has a valid payment method with available funds to pay for your order.
• Ensure your Maya account details are up to date. If you don’t have an account, create one before attempting to book tickets.

  1. When you’re ready to make payment for your order, select Maya as your payment method. 
  2. Select Continue with Maya. You’ll be redirected to Maya to complete your payment.
     • Once you reach this screen, you’ll need to complete your payment from your Maya account within 15 minutes. If payment isn’t completed within this time, your order will be unsuccessful.

  3. You have the option to:
     • Scan the QR code on your mobile device in your Maya app: You’ll be redirected to the app to complete your payment.
     • Select Express Checkout: You’ll be redirected to the Maya sign in page to complete your payment.

GrabPay

If your preferred payment method is GrabPay, before completing your order we recommend:

• Having the most up to date version of the GrabPay app downloaded on your mobile device.
• Check that your account has a valid payment method with available funds to pay for your order.
• Ensure your GrabPay account details are up to date. If you don’t have an account, create one before attempting to book tickets.

• To complete your payment with GrabPay, follow these steps:

  
  
  1. When you’re ready to make payment for your order, select GrabPay as your payment method. 
  2. Select Continue with GrabPay. You’ll be redirected to GrabPay to complete your payment.
     • Once you reach this screen, you’ll need to complete your payment from your GrabPay account within 15 minutes. If payment isn’t completed within this time, your order will be unsuccessful.

• To complete your payment with GrabPay, follow these steps:

  
  
  1. When you’re ready to make payment for your order, select GrabPay as your payment method. 
  2. Select Continue with GrabPay. You’ll be redirected to the GrabPay sign in page.
     1. Once you reach this screen, you’ll need to complete your payment from your GrabPay account within 15 minutes. If payment isn’t completed within this time, your order will be unsuccessful.
  3. You have the option to:
     • Scan the QR code on your mobile device in your Maya app: You’ll be redirected to the app to complete your payment.
     • Sign into your GrabPay account on your desktop and complete your payment.

What happens if I don’t complete the payment in time?

If payment isn’t completed in time, your booking will be unsuccessful. You’ll be redirected to your account, where the order status will show as Payment Failed.

We recommend attempting to make a new booking as soon as possible.
