Where can I purchase tickets?

To ensure your ticket purchase is valid please only purchase directly from Ticketmaster at ticketmaster.ph or at one of our Box Offices.

From October, 2026 tickets can also be purchased at one of our SM Ticketmaster Outlets.

Resale is not available for this event. Ticketmaster does not recommend the on-selling or purchasing of tickets through unauthorized third-party sellers. If you purchase tickets from another source, or any other unauthorized reseller, you risk that these tickets are invalid. Ticketmaster cannot confirm the validity of any ticket to any individual except the original Ticketmaster purchaser. 

Is there a limit on how many tickets one person may purchase?

One person may purchase a maximum of 6 tickets per transaction, with a maximum of 3 transactions per show. You can purchase a total of 18 tickets per account.

Can I still purchase tickets up until show day?

Yes, as long as there are still available tickets. You can purchase online at ticketmaster.ph, or at one of our Box Offices or SM Ticketmaster Outlets.

Can I upgrade my tickets?

Yes. If you’d like to upgrade your tickets please visit our Box Office on the event day, subject to availability. You can also visit one of our SM Ticketmaster Outlets, available from October, 2026.

Requests for upgrades can only be made by the original account holder. Ticket upgrades can’t be completed by customers directly. Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances for excess tickets bought outside the official upgrade process.

Can I exchange my tickets between dates?

We can’t downgrade tickets, or exchange your tickets between dates.

Can I get a refund for my tickets? 

As per our Purchase Policy, Refunds are only permitted if an event is postponed or canceled.

How can I claim my government discount privileges?

To claim your discount privilege, please visit one of the SM Ticketmaster Outlets which will become available from October, 2026 onwards.

Venue management has the right to deny entry for any fraudulent transactions.

Can I share my tickets?

Yes. Tickets will include the name of the original account holder who is deemed the lead buyer. If you’re the lead buyer, make sure your guests enter the event with you.

Can I sell my tickets?

No. As outlined in the conditions of our Purchase Policy, any unauthorized actions such as the transfer of tickets through a third party channel are strictly prohibited.

I’ve lost my ticket. Who can I contact?

For lost tickets, please visit our Help Centre for assistance.

Are attendees required to be of a certain age?

Minors aged 15 years old and below must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. One adult can accompany up to three minors in the same section.

Are children free of charge?

Children aged under 12 months don’t require a ticket. Any child 12 months and over should have a ticket.

• Gates: Venue gates typically open two hours before the event. Follow your favourite events online for updates. 
• Entry Inspection: All guests must undergo a security inspection upon entry. Re-entry is not permitted once you have entered the venue.  

Food & Beverages

• Food/Beverage: Outside food and drinks are prohibited inside the venue. Food tenants are available at the Food Alley, offering a wide selection of choices. 
• Water Bottles: Water bottles without caps are available for purchase inside the venue. 

Safety, Security & Prohibited Items

• Weapons: Weapons are strictly prohibited. Security checks are conducted at entry, and items may be left at the baggage counter. 
• Pets: Pets aren't permitted. If you require a service animal, please approach venue staff for assistance. 
• Umbrellas: Only umbrellas that fit within the prescribed 12 in × 12 in bag are allowed. 

Recording & Phone Use

• Live Streaming: Live streaming is not allowed inside the venue. 
• Recording Devices: Professional video and audio recording is prohibited unless authorised. 
• Phone Guidelines: Using your phone to take souvenir photos is allowed. Fish-eye lenses, tripods, and other phone accessories that enhance visual quality aren't permitted. 

Guest Assistance & Welfare

• Lost Children: Immediately approach an usher or security personnel for assistance. 
• Medical Assistance: For medical concerns, immediately approach an usher or security personnel. 
• Strollers: Strollers are not advised inside the venue. Please ask venue staff for assistance if required. 
• Ushers and Porters: Venue staff are available on every section and level to help guests find their seats. 

Merchandise

• Official Merchandise: Event merchandise is available at the Arena merchandise booth.
