Tickets can be purchased online at ticketmaster.ph or in person at one of our Box Offices. For step-by-step instructions, explore the options below.
Online
Follow these steps to purchase tickets:
- Sign into your SM Ticketmaster Account. If you don’t have one we recommend creating one before tickets go on sale. Visit our help page for step-by-step instructions.
- Search for your event. Then select your preferred venue, date, and time if applicable.
- Choose your preferred price category or section from the seating map, then select Find Best Available Tickets.
- Enter the verification code and check the box to acknowledge you have read and agreed to the Purchase Policy and Privacy Policy.
- Complete your payment with a valid payment method.
What's Best Available? Why can't I select my own tickets?
To ensure fans are able to navigate our online purchase process as efficiently as possible, our system automatically allocates the Best Available option based on the price category selected. This function varies by event and venue.
In person
Tickets can be purchased at our Box Offices. You'll need to have a SM Ticketmaster Account to access your tickets so creating one before you visit the Box Office. Visit our help page for more information.
From October, 2026, tickets can also be purchased at one of our SM Outlets.

What payment methods can be used?
The available payment methods to purchase tickets include: major credit cards, debit cards and e-wallets. Cash can be used only at Box Offices.
How many tickets can I purchase?
Ticket limits vary by event. You can check the ticket limit for your event on the event page.
I've successfully completed my purchase, what happens next?
After completing your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email. Your tickets will be available in your SM Ticketmaster Account. For some events, a delivery delay may be in place. If it is, your tickets will only become available closer to the event.

Are there any other places to safely buy tickets?
Ticketmaster does not recommend the on-selling or purchasing of tickets through unauthorized third-party sellers. If you purchase tickets from another source, or any other unauthorized reseller, you risk that these tickets are invalid. Ticketmaster cannot confirm the validity of any ticket to any individual except the original Ticketmaster purchaser.
