When it’s your turn to shop, your ARMY MEMBERSHIP NUMBER (starting with BA+9 digits) will be required to unlock the tickets. There is no additional presale code needed.

How will I get my tickets?

Accessing your tickets
Tickets for this event will be Print-At-Home. To protect the security of your tickets, they'll become available approximately 1 week before your event date. You’ll see your order in your account but won’t have access to the ticket barcode until this time.
To retrieve your PAH tickets, sign into your SM Ticketmaster Account and navigate to My Tickets. You can open your PDF tickets on your device to scan at the venue or print them. Print-at-Home tickets can't be added to mobile wallets.
A PAH ticket is a valid ticket, so you don't need to change it to a physical thermal ticket. For more information visit our help page.

Is there a limit on how many tickets one person may purchase?

Can I still purchase tickets up until show day?
Yes, as long as there are still available tickets. You can purchase

upgrades can’t be completed by customers directly. Refunds will not

Can I share my tickets?
Yes. Tickets will include the name of the original account holder
who is deemed

No. As outlined in the conditions of our Purchase Policy, any unauthorized actions such as the transfer of tickets through a third party channel are strictly prohibited.

Are attendees required to be of a certain age?
Minors aged 15 years old and below must be accompanied by a parent
or guardian.
One adult can accompany up to three minors in the same section.
Are children free of charge?
Children aged under 12 months don’t require a ticket. Any child 12
months and
over should have a ticket.
Gates: Venue gates typically open two hours before
the event.

Entry Inspection: All guests must undergo a security
inspection
upon entry.
Re-entry is not permitted once you have entered the venue.
Food & Beverages
Food/Beverage: Outside food and drinks are prohibited
inside
the venue. Food tenants are available at the Food Alley, offering

Water Bottles: Water bottles without caps are available
for purchase inside the venue.
Weapons: Weapons are strictly prohibited. Security
checks
are conducted at entry, and items may be left at the baggage counter.
Pets: Pets aren't permitted. If you require a service
animal,
please approach venue staff for assistance.
Umbrellas: Only umbrellas that fit within the prescribed
12 in × 12 in bag are allowed.
Recording & Phone Use
Live Streaming: Live streaming is not allowed inside
the
venue.
Recording Devices: Professional video and audio

is prohibited unless authorised.
Phone Guidelines: Using your phone to take souvenir
